Koral is an AI-powered fashion discovery platform that lets you run searches with outfit photos and text, then receive suggestions for visually similar items from third-party retailers (the “Service”). We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

• Age. You must be 16+. Users aged 13–15 may use Koral only with verifiable parental/guardian consent. Koral is not for children under 13.
• Account required. An account is required to submit search content and use core features. Provide accurate info and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
• We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, require verification, or suspend/terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose risk.

You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Koral a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, analyse, display, and create derivative works from your User Content solely to operate, provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service (including backups and disaster recovery).

Model improvement. We may use de-identified or aggregated data derived from your User Content (including images) to improve Koral and for internal model training/fine-tuning (directly or via vendors). We will not use your identifiable content for public marketing without your consent. Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Deletion. You can request deletion of your searches and/or account. We remove content from active systems within a reasonable period. Backups/logs may persist for a limited retention period and then delete on rolling schedules. We may preserve data where required by law or for legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention).

You represent and warrant you have all rights to submit User Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or break the law.

Faces are permitted. You must have the required rights and informed consent from any identifiable person depicted. Do not submit images of minors without parental/guardian consent. Do not submit intimate, private, or otherwise sensitive imagery. We process such images only to provide the Service (e.g., detect garments) as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Do not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or harmful content; or content you lack rights to.
• Do not violate IP, privacy, or publicity rights; misrepresent affiliation; or misuse others’ trademarks.
• Do not scrape, index, or reverse-engineer Koral; bypass rate limits or security; introduce malware; or interfere with the Service.
• Do not use Koral to train competing models, build face/person datasets, conduct surveillance, or engage in unlawful profiling.
• Do not use the Service in violation of applicable law.

• Automated outputs. Suggestions are machine-generated and may be inaccurate (e.g., brand/product misidentification). They are informational only and not endorsements. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for purchasing decisions.
• Retailers. Prices, availability, descriptions, and policies are controlled by third-party retailers. We do not warrant, and are not responsible for, third-party listings, websites, or transactions.
• Affiliate links. We may monetise links via affiliate programmes and earn commissions from qualifying purchases. This does not influence which products are shown. We will disclose affiliate relationships as required by law.

We use third-party providers (e.g., AI inference vendors, hosting, analytics, payments). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. Certain processing of User Content may be performed by third-party AI vendors acting on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We may use automated tools to collect publicly available product information from retailer websites to build our catalogue. This content is displayed to enable discovery and linking. Retailers’ terms govern your interactions with their sites. If a retailer requests removal of specific data, we will review and may remove it in good faith.

• Plans. We may offer Monthly and Annual subscriptions (annual billed upfront). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.
• Billing. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Refunds. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and we don’t credit partial periods. Statutory rights are unaffected.
• Trials. Availability/duration may change. If you don’t cancel before a trial ends, normal charges apply.
• Taxes. Prices may exclude VAT/other taxes; you’re responsible for applicable taxes.

If you submit ideas or suggestions, you grant Koral a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or obligation.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate or that third-party links will be available or correctly priced.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., death/personal injury caused by negligence; fraud). Subject to that, our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of £50 or the amounts you paid to Koral in the 12 months prior to the event; and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

You may stop using Koral anytime. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends; sections intended to survive continue to apply.

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will provide notice (e.g., email or in-app). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
